    Modded controls

    Those seem to be legitimate modifications, xbox mostly is against mods like rapid fire or other features that help exploit games.

    the double input issue is something I've experienced from multiple rapid button presses or holding down a button in rapid succession. try updating via a console if you have one as it might help

    Yes it helps with rapid shooting guns such as the Skorpion and MP7. Also helps guns with high recoil such as the AN 94.
