HELP ! Problem with the left stick of my controller

Hello, recently when I push forward the left stick of my controller he stay ahead in this position in the game even when the stick come back to his initial position IRL. Is only in this direction and there is no other problem. I don't kown what is the source of the problem but this is really annoying. Do anybody can help me to resolve this please ?

same problem my xbox one controller left stick keeps going forward and i have to controllers

Hmm, don't have my X1 yet, but y'all are worrying me with this controller talk. I kill joysticks on 360 controllers every 6 months. My current 360 controller, the left stick sticks to the left.

Don't eat, drink, sweat or smoke while I use my controller. I put the controller back in its box when not in use.... My controller is definitely cleaner than most people's.

Problem with my controller's, clicking the left stick to sprint is not good for the longevity of the controller. It's a problem I had with the 360 and now X1 controller's. Why some have right stick problems?... No idea. Sooner I get an Elite controller the
better I think.

Mine is the same way. I just bought it and want to make sure this is normal and not something I should try to get fixed before the warranty is up.
