(nline?.. check your router and network connections speeds etc... modems nd routers do burn out too ... could be a hardware issue or software ... if you have the beta.... ive gone thru seven consoles personally... the price to pay for gaming heaven. And
ya I find no matter how much space is left on any size drive once you fil it up half full they really start lagging. Also the ads on the dashboard seem to lag hard the more advanced they get... ie movie tyrailers and commercials... nothing new... this stuff
is here to stay... and run crummy every so often

Indeed, Simply turn off your network....Computer/Modem/Router/Xbox Etc.... Powerdown a good Hour.. or Overnight. Let things cool down and try again. GOOD LUCK!!!

try clearing your cache on your hard drive go to setting>systems>storage and highlight your hard drive and press y and you should see an option to clear your cache. it will only delete tempory saved data like trailers, internet history or ramdom cookies
that saved on your hard drive.

Unfortunately, any and all items bought and downloaded to that account are tied only to that one account. If you redeemed codes to that account, whatever item that code redeemed it linked only to that gamertag. Sorry, but no items can be moved and no refunds
can be given from banned accounts. If you like, you can still call customer support to explain your issue, though I'm sure they will tell you the same. I'm sorry for your unfortunate predicament but it is their policy.
