Personally i'd get a new console.From my experience Microsoft repairs aren't the most reliable & a new console isn't much more than the cost of a repair.

Hello, all you can do is report and block the profiles. If they make new ones report and block those also. NEVER engage with the person via voice or txt it can backfire on you. Just keep blocking and reporting. Something will be done and its not an instant thing.
