Hello xbox agents im just asking if you can help me i lost my disc for my game ark survival evolved then i deleted it for more storage now i regret it will it be ok if i get a refund or a digital version of the game

p.s also i have proof i owned the game in my captures thanks❤️

I am not too sure how they could help with this matter as you would not be eligible for a refund, as it was not a digital purchase.

Refunds are only issued for games that dont work initially or accidentally purchases, plus it requires less than 2 hrs of gameplay.
