    Help please with payment methods


    Hi, I recently added my Bank account (sepa Last Schrift) .I have verified my account with the code from the transaction that had Microsoft to mine account deposited.

    And now I can't use this payment method with my X box live. It says that I must go in Microsoft commerce site . But I have already made that . Can anyone help me? I speak a little Germany also. Thank you

    Removing my payment method?

    I am having a problem trying to remove my payment method when i try to remove it it says

    This payment option cannot be removed at this time. Go to the Payment method information page to view services associated with this payment option.
    Can somebody help please!

    But I have tried exactly what I've been told to do to get my account back online but it isn't working, just now I added a credit card and it still says I'm suspended when I select it. I don't think calling an Indian call centre will solve my problem...

    You need to call support (1800-4My-Xbox) to solve the payment issues.

    If any of those payment options have been previously declined by xbox than the system will usually not accept them. Call into support and ask them to check if those show up previously in the transactions.

    If not it may be a bigger issue. Hope you can get it resolved.
