Help please... Support just isn't cutting it

Not really, people who get redirected here are usually told by us that it isn't possible. Not really being support, just being the bringer of bad news. Or rather the distraction that made it possible to cut the phone call short.

Tried this and unfortunately the option to change the quality isn't there. Also tried Amazon help and they were useless. Tried telling me to contact my service provider and having them cut back my speed. Ugh. May just have to cut back on my streaming from
Prime!
