help please, really annoyed

I've had nearly the same issue with my controller, I bought a Forza 6 themed Xbox + Controller, the first controller would constantly move the stick right but only in select menus like the car select menu, I got a replacement and now the replacement is double
pressing right (D-Pad) most of the time, my spare controller is fine but both Forza 6 themed controllers have issues.

It really sound like your NAT type (don't worry you don't need to know what it is. Just know that there are 3 status', strict, moderate and open. Open is the setting you want on.

Now sounds like the router must be switching NAT settings hence why it sometimes works when you make changes to the router (hardwiring, new routers etc.) Follow the steps below:

Go to system settings > then network settings > then depending on whether you are wired or wireless select test xbox live connection > wait for it to finish > then check you NAT (you can use Call of Duty games for this as they always say you NAT type at
the bottom of the screens) > if its not changed carry out the procedure again then check again. If that doesn't work turn the router off for 30 seconds then retry the whole procedure.

Honestly works for me everytime.

If it does not work although it should, get in touch [Mod removed - Do not post personal information] (lame email i know but its my generic one) I have had some many issues in the past with router etc.

Try calling your wireless service. Also, If need be, have your friends check their connection. This is a problem that I occur also. I had to get faster internet but if your wireless is okay then it may be your friends connection.

When you download a game you are using internet to download the game and your download speed maybe 4 mbps as bandwidth and then you watch a movie which may require some more of bandwidth at 2 or 3 mbps that explains why it may slow down as for swapping tasks
from downloading a game to watching a movie perhaps the xbox may only do one task at a time.

As downloading a game or watching movie online requires a lot of bandwidth and as far as I know our internet here in Australia may not be strong enough to provide both download of game or watch movie online or xbox could only do one task at a time. other
than that I am not sure.
