help please . pre orderes the dear MW and i got no game pass what do i do help

Ive seen one write up saying there was a issue but no fix.

Ive done the normal turn off reboot uninstall download again reboot still no game .

just tells me I am to early Xbox is no help they will not ring me back your my only hope.

You, the game and when you have downloaded it the beta gets activated when its the right time.

If you have downloaded the complete game, you wont be able to play it before the 25th of October ;-)

If you have downloaded the beta, you are supposed to be able to play it

Can you answer there with an eventual error code?

What error code are you receiving?
Have you powercycle the Xbox Console?
