Help please... My xbox1s is laggy lately in apps games and sound is also laggy or cuts out...

(continued from subjct) then after 5 secs or so itll spew out button press sounds from the lag... Does anyone else have this lag or know how to fix it.... Ive tried clearing cache... Tried factory reset.... Lag still persists... Any help greatly appreciated

This helped me out thank you the lag is gone i had reinstalled all apps thinking it was the apps but it wasnt the apps but this helped thanx.....Rich

Thanx for the help... What exactly does the home-reset due ? Yeah ive tried power cycling multiple times but it sttilll persists.. Can an app be causing this lag ? And ive tried another router still lag so it has to be console related to either a game app
or power strip.. This is frusstrating

No system far far from full hardly used hdd space heating is not an issue either just cleaned dust out before this lagg started

is your system full? you may need to remove games or upgrade your storage

or maybe it is a heating issue make sure your vents are clean and free of dust
