Help please, my library disappeared

    Help please, my library disappeared


    When I turned on my Xbox one x today I wanted to install a couple of o,der games as I’m handing it down to my kid as my series x got delivered today. But my entire library is missing!!!!

    Then when I went to set up my series x I went to full library and I don’t even get this menu, just a spinning circle.

    Anyone else ever had this?

    Game library won't load

    I completely removed the ecternal harddrive and redownloaded lego marvel onto my xbox and as soon as i reset the xbox it disappears from the library but i can still play it from the dashboard pin. It will show up if i refresh my library but disappears
    after reset. This just started after the December update.

    See in the store if it is available to download, sometimes in the library it disappears but in the store it is available, good luck!

    Games disappeared from my library

    Make sure that you do not have your games filtered there is a button on the top of the games and app that looks like a funnel that you can filter the games by different things.
