Help please. Is their some way a Xbox one Developer or Admin can help me?? Please

I have to go to parents for visting and so I having to switch Xbox console's .But i don't have internet at one of my parent's house I want to play my digital downloaded games on my Xbox at my other parent's that doesn't have Internet to play on all the
time. But I was using the Setting Home Xbox. Not knowing you can only use it so many times per year. Is their a way I can use it to set a permanent Home Xbox. Or am I just screwed for the rest of the year? ;(

Can't get my Xbox one to do 720p but my Xbox 360 can easily do 1080p. Please help me this screen looks so bad on my tv please if somebody could please find a solution that would be great.
