Help please is about Game pass ultimate

I dont think thats a GP Ultimate, but you should try a power cycle and check if something is change, by the way also check your subscription in your settings and check if your ultimate is active, also if your games still dont appear try reaching https://support.xbox.com/en-us/contact-us
so they can investigate deeper on your case, best of luck on that

Try to
power cycle your console. If doesnt work, try remove your profile from your console and add it again.

The Game Pass Ultimate itself isn't in beta, but the PC Game Pass component is. If you're using it on your console, nothing should have changed as it has basically combined Game Pass and Live into one subscription but with the added bonus of PC Game Pass.

Have you tried rebooting your console? If your subscription is active it should recognise this. Also make sure you're signed into the account that purchased the subscription and games.

One more question dear sir, are you in insider program maybe? That can be an issue. If not, follow the colleges' advice.

Once you change to Game Pass Ultimate, your Xbox Live and Game Pass are merged into Game Pass Ultimate. Any remaining subscription time is converted to days of Ultimate. If you cancel Ultimate, you will lose the converted days and you can not get them back.

You can check your subscriptions here HTTPS://account.microsoft.com in Services and Subscriptions. You will see Live and Game Pass have been cancelled and you now Have Game Pass
Ultimate as your subscription.

As others have suggested, try doing a full power cycle. You can do this either by opening the guide and going to the settings tab and select "restart console" Or by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds, till it fully shuts down, wait 30 seconds
and the power back up.
