Also check your card/payment account to make sure once again about funds or expiry dates to make sure you should be able to pay. My problem once was an expired debit card. But because of security issues you'll need to deal with the Microsoft billing or support

Do you get an error message when you try to buy Mortal Kombat 11 (I assume you meant Mortal Kombat when you said "Deadly Kombat 11")?
