Help please cant verify

Hello I created a aol account back in 2012 and used that email for xbox I played for a while and then didnt play for years until recently I signed back in and got a message from microsoft saying I need to update my email because aol has deleted my email since it gone years without being used I didnt change it right away but I did change 1 thing in my security I added a new email address for verification so I sign out after updating it and played for a bit a day or 2 goes by I sign back in and now Im asked to prove that the account is mine by entering the code that was sent to that new verification email address I added to my security (so that Im clear the security I use isnt for logging in but for proving ownership) I cant remember my security info so now Im asked to fill out a forum because I cant get the code so I answer everything correctly besides a few things like the credit card exp date and my birthday (again I made this when I was a child Im now 23) but everytime I fill out this forum which I have been doing for over a month now twice almost everyday Im told that I dont have enough information I have proved the account is mine multiple times on phone with microsoft employes I have each case number I know my email and password, my credit info, gamertag, name, location everything I can even give console id where I signed in last and from I appreciate what Microsoft is doing and the length they go to to protect us and our personal but its a little bit to much if you ask me Please help me get my account back I have had it for many years my gamertag alone is older than most gamers I refuse to make a new account I beg of you guys to help me retrieve my xbox account back thank you

edit: btw I have asked this question before and I was able to get back in but was immediately kicked off and was asked to prove my ownership so now Im back again. Please I need only a few minutes and I can change my email and security.
