    Help Please - Call of Duty Ghosts XBOX 360


    Can someone please help me? I redeemed a code for the Classic Ghost Multiplayer Character on Call of Duty Ghosts on XBOX 360. I checked my character profile and saw the Simon Riely (Ghost) head but I could not use it. Do I have to download it onto the XBOX?
    If so, how do I if I already have redeemed it? Please reply soon and thank you!

    I pre ordered Call of duty ghosts for the xbox 360 and redeemed my ghost classic multiplayer character. On the xbox one though it is not there. Any help?
