Help on Store Purchase/Cancellation

Hi guys,

I purchased Far Cry 5 Gold Edition off the Xbox Store just after Christmas with a $100 gift card and the rest on my debit card and I've just received an email saying the the purchase has been cancelled and refunded and to re-purchase the game.

But when I go into the store to re-purchase it, my xbox live account has $0 & my debit account has not been reimbursed.

I have already downloaded the game and addons which come with the Gold Edition and juat want HELP because it's only 2 days from release.

PLEASE HELP GUYS!! I've been looking forward to this ever since they announced it and to have this happen 2 days out is such a let down by Microsoft.

Please help me guys!!!

I keep getting the error of cancellation of purchase; try again. Come on! Fix this!

cancellation of purchase order

I would like to request cancellation of the order [Mod Removed], as I just wanted to change the payment method, but the purchase request was made.

I already removed the card from the fast purchases, to avoid this type of problem.

I tried to cancel the request for the site, but there was no option.

Hey there Baz! Just to be clear are you having trouble purchasing it or just downloading? Can you confirm exactly what error message you are seeing and if there is an 8-digit code with it? We'll be able to assist better once we have that informtaion. Thanks!

If you have purchased from the official store, you can open your order history, select the game and request a

refund.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

There is no option to exchange but you can cancel the subscription and the refund will be automatic if this was purchased through Microsoft Store.

But if this was a code that you redeemed, canceling the subscription will not give you a refund.

To confirm, did you subscribe through Microsoft store?

Unfortunately i cant remove payment option because it has a pending charge from my cancelled Microsoft Store purchase they never fulfilled that i cancelled
