Help on not what I bought

hello I have talked to tech support about this and they were great and really nice but I had bought 40$ worth of e sports packs on gears of war and have not received what I had got i have proof of purchase for these packs and i have the reference number
to the really nice manager Noelle for proof I have spent a lot of time and money towards xbox and I need help this one time I'm sorry for bothering anyone I will be happy to answer

Not getting what I bought

I bought the pro league - pack. But it won't show up in my order history or on my xbox. what can I do? The money on my Bank account is already gone.
