HELP NEEDED

i recently bought rewards credits with gems they are currently sat in the mycredits i know when you hit 5000 they automatically transfer into my currency but i have 10000 sat there with no option for early deposit is there a way round i this or will they
take till the 15th just really confused i have also checked my emails in case of a code to no luck

no you cannot do that,you would be breaking copyright laws.

try install it to your hard drive.you still need the original disc in the machine when playing it but it will read the data from the saved file instead of the disc.

I have the same issue with my Xbox. If it is connected via HDMI the 5.1 sound will rarely work going to my surround sound receiver regardless of what the settings are in the Xbox but if I connect it using an optical audio cable the 5.1 works without fail.

The Xbox is an Arcade edition.

 

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000 they are automatically scheduled
to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. There
is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

I looked up your account and saw the 10,000 Credits pending. We are going to run our pay out process on the 15th of June, and your credits should be available as spending cash on the 16th.
