Help needed with refer a friend promotion please

Please help me with the promotion where you can invite up to 10 friends to join either xbox live gold or game pass, you receive £10 credit for each friend who signs up and they also get £10 credit.

I have spoken to various people on live chat during the weekend and they have advised me to post my issue here.

Basically it lets me choose 7 people from my friends list but they are currently gold and/or game pass subscribers. There are 2 people on my friends list who I wish to refer but wont let me even choose them. This is making it impossible for me to take advantage
of this offer.

Any other info needed, I can provide, including screenshots etc I also have a reference number from live chat which is 1417574931. Please help as I only have until 15th March to refer friends. Thanks

Game Pass referral issue

Hi,

On the Xbox dashboard there's an offer advertised saying I can refer up to 10 friends for Game Pass.

They will get Game Pass half price and I would get £10 for each successful referral.

When I click the link it just takes me to a promotion to refer people to subscribe to Gold accounts and doesn't let me choose any of the friends who I want to refer for Game Pass.

How do I refer people for this promotion?

The offer is meant to be open until 15th March, so time is running out.

To make sure we understand, you're only seeing users available to invite who already have an active Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass membership?

Would you be able to reply to this post with a screenshot of what you're seeing on the screen when you're unable to select those two friends? Do you see any specific error messages you can share?

Yes thats right, I can only invite people who are already gold subscribers which is weird. I dont have any error messages I can share. The 2 friends I want to refer havent previously subscribed to gold but there gamertags dont show up at all on the list
of friends I can seemingly refer.

I appreciate your help and hope you can help resolve this for me.

Ok I wasnt aware you guys are off for weekend. So how do I send link of the specific folder? There would be 3 pics as I cant see all 7 friends on the screen at once.

To be honest Im not sure why I have to send a screenshot of friends I can invite, when the issue is regarding the friends I CANT invite.
