Help Needed with purchase of Xbox thru Community Support program

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same and has not offered any credits for purchases of an Xbox One X.

Because we'v been unable to purchase a movie or tv program thru XBox Live we have been missing out on benefits.

hi there first off customer support cannot tell you whether you have access to the preview program or not second you recieved an invite but that doesnt gurantee access to the preview program. If you need to msg miss portia do it thru private message.

are not eligible.

sorry i didn't answer. I talked to someone thru support and got a case number but basically they said i need a good method of payment and the way i've been doing isn't woking anymore which was using only points thru cards and not using a debit card.. I
only purchase thru the console i can't do it on the website because i have no other payment methods on there.. If the support team can't help me, I'll come back here and look for some suggestions. thanks
