Help Needed to Recover Minecraft Account Lost During Email Deletion

Hello, fellow Minecraft enthusiasts,

A while back, I migrated my Minecraft Account from Mojang to Microsoft with the intention of having a specific account solely for Minecraft and another for other use-cases. However, life took a turn, and I found myself caught up in university lectures and projects, leaving me with no time for gaming.

I had two accounts:

pan1ckk14@gmail.com - the one where I migrated my Minecraft Account to

pan1ckk14@hotmail.com

I kept accidentally logging into the Gmail account instead of Hotmail, which became increasingly frustrating. Two years passed, and I made the regrettable decision to delete the Gmail account, completely forgetting about my Minecraft account associated with it.

Recently, I was hit by a wave of nostalgia for Minecraft, the countless hours spent on Hypixel, and the camaraderie of friends while grinding Bedwars. I wanted to revisit those memories and see if my skills still held up. To my dismay, I received an "Account not found" message. It was a bewildering moment until the realization of my past action dawned on me.

Minecraft holds a special place in my heart. I've made cherished memories, formed lasting friendships, and explored countless servers, with Hypixel being my primary haunt.

I would be immensely grateful to have my account back, or at the very least, recover the Minecraft data associated with my deleted Gmail address.

If any member of the Microsoft support team comes across this post, here's the ticket that was opened for my concern: 1042826965. I've been eagerly awaiting a response but haven't received any feedback.

I kindly request assistance in recovering my Minecraft account, and I appreciate any help the community or Microsoft support can provide. Thank you for reading.

We understand that you need help to recover your Minecraft account that was associated to the Gmail account that was deleted. We really understand how frustrating this can be, especially for the game that we used to play before. I just want to set your expectation with this kind of issue specially recovering a deleted account that we don't have any option here to recover a deleted account.

You may try to sign-in use the Gmail account how you used to sign in before and if doesn't try to sign-in using the hotmail account. Sorry but if there was no email address attached to the account and you've deleted it or lost it there is no way to recover it. However, what you can do is create a new email address and account for her. Keep the details of the account handy so that if
it is lost again in the future you can easily recover it.

I understand you need help on your account issue. Just a heads up that you cannot have 2 Microsoft accounts linked to 1 Minecraft or Xbox account. Which means that if you are logged in to the email that you have and is getting a different gamertag, this means that this email is being linked to a different Xbox account and you might be using a different email to your Minecraft account before.

It is possible that this was linked to another Microsoft account email and you need to check your other emails to see if those are linked to the correct Minecraft account. If this was through migration, try to remember what email it was that you used during migration.

I am sorry, but as explained above, it is no longer possible to recover the account once the email is changed. Remember, your Microsoft account is the same as your Minecraft account, so if one is lost then I'm afraid your license to Minecraft is lost too.

Hi Nkosana23,

I have been contact with Minecraft support for possibilities to recover my Minecraft account. They mentioned my Minecraft account is associated with my original Microsoft account. Not the newly reopened account, even I used the same email address for reopened Microsoft account. In this case, what should I do? Can you help me associate or link my newly reopened account to my original account which the hacker deleted? If not, does it mean all my purchase with my original Microsoft account will be lost?
