Help Needed - Rise of the Thomb Raider Stuck in Undead Army

I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this post but have no luck finding where to post my question.

I completed Rise of the Thomb Raider to the point that I was at the camp at the Chamber of Exorcism. (nearing the end) I decided to go back to get more items in previous areas. So I did the transportation to the Icy Bluff Camp from the Chamber of Exorcism
camp. I went down into the 'village' of the Undead Army. Then I exited - jumped the gap, climbed up the ice wall and then wooden wall to the bluff (where the rope is), but the spot where there was a gap to go through is now covered by an ice block. I can't
use fire, explosives, etc. And if I go back into the village there's no way to get back to a previous camp.

Any ideas on how to get back to the Chamber of Exorcism? Or how to get to a previously saved area? I don't mind re-doing some of the game but not from the beginning.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried watching a walkthrough video to check you've not missed something? I can't quite picture which bit you mean as there are quite a lot of things that happen around there and you return to the same part at one point. It's possible that you've
got to solve a puzzle too. Here's one which would tell you one way or the other if you're stuck:

sounds like the game did glitch there so it might not be possible to continue from that save

but you do have another one if you go into the main menu and load game, press both triggers and you will have a backup save and you can load that, and hopefully you wont lose too much progress
