    Help needed redownloading Xbox 360 DLC


    As of yesterday I could navigate to Sign in to your Microsoft account and have full access to my Xbox 360 DLC purchase history. As of today it now redirects to a webpage where I can only view games purchased. I've also tried logging into my Microsoft
    account and viewing the purchase history but that doesn't have the complete history and the DLC is only listed as "Points Purchased" and doesn't allow redownload. Finally, I've tried pulling the purchase history from the Xbox 360 itself and it's not available
    there, either.

    Achievements Issue

    Try redownloading your profile to your xbox 360. That hopefully will help you.

    just got a new 360... how to redl my library?

    hey i got a new xbox 360 today.

    how do i redownload my digital game library onto the system?

    also is there a way to get all DLC i had previously before? including like avatar stuff/backgrounds etc.

    I am in the same problem. There were several DLCs purchases on xbox360 and I can't see them anymore. The old webpage that had complete history was great and what I need. Any chance you guys could have a separate link for the complete history?

    Sorry to hear it. If you're on the Xbox One try highlighting the game then press the Start button on your controller. Select Manage Game then delete the dlc and redownload it from your Ready to Install list.

    If you're on the 360 you can redownload the purchased dlc by going to Settings>Account>Download History to find the content and redownload it.

    If this does not work then you will need to contact support for more assistance.
