Help needed on my new account creation.

Hi there Xbox Team,

I was having issues receiving my rewards points due to a bug. So I read from one of your posts that you need to delete your account and sign back up to the awards program. I have done this, and if possible could I have my old points re instated to my new
account along with the points that I didn't receive. I hope this is possible, if not bugger.

My old empty and inactive gamertag availability

Many years ago I create my first gamertag joshdigit linked for MS account that I don't remember. But I remember that
I've closed this MS account as no needed (as I thought), some years ago). This gamertag was created for GFWL. And it's still inactive and empty from creation date to now.

So, can I get this gamertag for my new account? Who can help me with this issue?

unable to connect child's account to family

I tried to connect my account to my new account as i couldn't get a game add-on on the Xbox live store, (old account: child, new account: adult) but it keeps saying ii need to accept the email which i already have. I did all that as the add-on said i needed
to allow online settings to buy the add-on, so i did that and then it said i needed to have a adult sign in, so i created the new account. help?

You do not have the deposit issue that this method resolves. This is why on our sticky we ask users to verify their deposit issue before they start this process. While we will be able to transfer your old pending Credits, this will likely not solve your
deposit issue. Furthermore, since your account has not yet been completed, we cannot start this process. Once you see a join by date with a recent date instead of "???", let us know and we can start the Credit transfer.

Yes so creation of a new account which does not need to be gold but would only be used for demos you do not need to change to the new account you just need it for demos

Hey there!

Have you paid for that status of membership? If not, you need to purchase gold membership I am afraid. You are offered a free month trial on your account prior to creation, if that is declined, and you wish to recieve this offer, you will need to create
a new account on that console.

It's not possible to change the region associated with your Xbox LIVE account. Once set from creation, it is locked. You'll need to create an entirely new account with the new region in which you live in.

You can only get the free month during the account creation process. Once the account has been created it's not possible to go back to it. You would need to create a new account.
