Help!!!! Need to call to speak to a LIVE peraon!

If you don't have Microsoft account information to share with MS support you won't get far, you need to contact your bank ASAP. That is, if you are sure you don't have a family member who would have set this up?

I need to speak to a LIVE person regarding charges to my bank account. I do NOT own an X box, nor have ever had a “Microsoft” account for purchasing.

Since you don't own and Xbox or have an account this is fraudulent activity. Xbox cannot give you any info on the account nor can they give money back to you.

You need to contact your bank ASAP and report the fraud that's occurred on your card. Your bank is supposed to do that as soon as you let them know.

I'm having issues with my Xbox one s and it keep turning off while I play the game and watch Netflix

Try this:

• Log into Support.Xbox.com
  
• Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
  
• A new window will pop up
  
• Type in contact Support - you will receive different options, such as:
  
  • Message with an Xbox Gamer
    
  • Call me back
    
  • Ask the Community
