    HELP! NAT Strict + UPnP not successful


    Hello! So last week I finally got my hands on Xbox X, and I've noticed I'm getting kicked out/losing connecting while playing multiplier games. After checking my network settings, I noticed that my NAT type is STRICT. I tried a couple of different methods, but nothing worked. Below are my steps so far:

    -Changing alternative ports on my xbox - didn't work

    - Changing UPnP settings to active on my router - it didnt work and also resulted in a second issue, DOUBLE NAT TYPE.

    - Activating DMZ setting on my router - didn't work

    - Port range forwarding - I'm using a Technicolor CGA2121 router which has a really outdated control panel, I followed the introductions from people online on how to get this set up but my router does not allow me to set up more than one port - when I try to add a second one I'm getting an error so this option is out of the window.

    - Restarting my router

    - As well as a bunch on different settings on Xbox

    - changing from wireless to cable

    It seems that you already tried everything from your side.
    In these situations the best option is contact directly your ISP technical support (internet service provider) and ask them look your router configuration to see what’s going on
    And also ask them to assign you a fixed IP for your console
