    Hello to everyone,

    As mentioned in the title, my Cloud Gaming service stopped working out of the blue in my XBOX APP.

    Normally, I use my XBOX App, go to Cloud Gaming and launch a game that I want from there but, today, out of the blue, it stopped showing me the games to "jump back in" (it just shows grey rectangles as if the games were loading but nothing happens) and, when I try to launch a game from the list it just shows me a black screen instead of the spaceship loading screen.

    To troubleshoot it I tried and run my XCloud from the browser (Xbox.com/Play) and from my phone (Android Phone) and it worked wonderfully.

    I contacted an "Expert's Help" through Microsoft and we have tried these methods:

    1. I checked if there was a Windows Update I was missing and I was. I updated my PC, restart it, launch the XBOX App again and the problem persisted.

    2. I tried to reset the Windows Store. I pressed Win+R, I typed WSReset.exe, pressed ok and the problem still persisted.

    3. I've tried to restart the router and the pc and the problem still persisted.

    4. I went to my Gaming Service App, I terminated it, I repaired and I restored it. Didn't work.

    5. I tried to uninstall the Xbox App but I couldn't. I even went as far as use Power Shell and enter: Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxApp | Remove-AppxPackage but, for some reason, my computer didn't remove the app. (I also tried: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage)

    At this point, the expert told me he couldn't really help me anymore so we stopped the conversation.

    Note: Every time I tried a new method, I was checking if I could play my XCloud from another device (browser and phone) and I could. So I guess this is somehow related to my computer. Also I think it is weird that I couldn't uninstall my XBOX App from my computer.

    I want to be able to play my XCloud from the app please.

    Any help will be appreciate it.

    I finally have the answer to this. In System Settings you have to change EVERYTHING to English (USA), select it, and drag it to the first position (in all the instances: Region, Language, App Language, etc.), then you reset the computer. It took me 2 months to find the answer. Thank you
    I would just like to CONFIRME this helped the issue for me.

    I'm from Denmark, but running a English version of Windows, and everything except Region was sat the English (USA). Changed Region from Denmark to US fixed the issue, both GamePass AND the Perks window.

    So if anyone else is still looking for a possible solution and have this topic under watch, try what ErnestoM3 succested!

    Open Powershell in admin mode and paste the following, which I believe reinstalls the default apps on Windows 10.

    Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

    Sometime has passed since I posted this question and I still have this issue. Everytime I want to play XCloud on PC I have to log in to my new session. It sucks
