help my xbox wont stay on for more than 5 seconds

tried that fed up with this system bought it and worked fine for 3 months daily then this started sent it in to nearest microsoft in canada that was in toronto they called me saying they could do nothing not even look at it till i went to that city
and signed a paper i was booked for surgury x2 and had no way to get somewhere 7 hrs away and they held it for next 6 months then finally got it back same way it was sent in , so now waranty is up on dec 23rd so cant get it repaired or replaced for something
manufacturer is responsable for i feel . so will sell games at fraction of what i payed to a game store here and take a huge loss never tried playstation maaybe i'll look into it down the road very sorry xbox not a satisfied costomer and after years of
useing all your systems i think i am done with xbox now

tried and system wont stay on long enough for 2nd power up tone ,it wont stay on at all .

I understand it can be frustrating when dealing with a console that does not power on. If your console still has warranty until Dec. 23rd, then I highly recommend taking advantage of that and getting it replaced through Microsoft Device Support on your Microsoft
Account online. https://support.microsoft.com/devices

If you need help setting up the service order, then go ahead and follow the steps I'm about to post so you can be place in a queue to receive a callback from Xbox customer support:

1. Contact us here
2. Select Xbox One
3. Select See other options
4. Select Payment & billing under Account management
5. Select show contact options
6. Select "Request a call from Support" if available within hours of operation or there should be a number for you to call and hours of operation for your region if a callback option is not available
