Help my trail won't work

I'm new to xbox and just made my account and when I finished I got a screen saying I can have a free 14 day subscription I hit yes but when I got online it said I did not have an active membership please fix this starting to get it bad impression about
Xbox

1 month free trail won't work

No one gets banned for being too good at a game,you got banned because you violated the ToU/CoC in some way.

1 month free trail won't work

So I made a new account because my old one was banned for being too good at CoD AW and when I made a new account it said get 1 month trail for free and when I was finished filling out my billing info it said that it was locked, I went back to make sure everything
was right but still said that my billing info was locked so I went to the website it told me to go to and when I did the directions that it told me to do but it still didn't work, can anybody tell me how I can do the 1 month free trial

Which features are you not able to access with your trial? Trials give you access to online multiplayer in games, but is not recognized as a full Xbox Live Gold subscription. If you would like to have access to a full Xbox Live Gold subscription, you would
need to subscribe through your Microsoft Account or acquire a pre-paid Xbox Live Gold code.

This Happened to Me. It Dosent work for some Strange reason on Certain Games. Only worked on One Game. Only had the Trail Before setting up My Real Xbox Live. Remeber trails dont give the Full Thing.

Did you buy a sub or maybe did you like apply like a free trail or maybe like a 72 hour or 14 day pass maybe. If not Prideloss is correct you have no gold on this account.

If you are using a trail or pass you won't be able to avail of the deals for gold.

hay i have signed up to the xbox 360 live gold membership trail for a month. it was working fine but now it wont let me access it. even put in my credit card details so i could get it next month. was trailing it to see if i liked but now its not working
