where are the audio input pins? What do they look like? The headset is quite new and hardly ever used so I dont think it is the wire!!

ok it's batteries are fully charged and the lead is fully plugged in. The headset is working with my iphone. It is a Turtle beach xbox one recon 70 headset so there is no mute button and led light on the headset. It is also quite a new headset and hardly
ever used.

Headsets are tricky to figure out why they suddenly stopped working. It could be one of the wires in the headset got bent or snapped. It could be that one of the audio input pins got bent.

Are you able to provide more information please as when it comes to trying to troubleshoot the more information you provide on what you were doing at the time of the fault, the better.

Is there a connection issue between the headset and the console or does the headset work fine with games, its just that you cant speak to people?
