Help! My points didn’t deposit into my account

I had 28,000 points pending in my rewards last month and I wanted to buy something from the sale today and I only had about $3 worth of points and there’s still about 25,000 points that haven’t been deposited into useable Xbox credit can someone help

Reward credits haven’t been deposited

A couple days ago I redeemed some of my gems for credits before the final day of deposit day and it seems to me that I got my credits deposited into my rewards account but they didn’t get deposited into my Microsoft account since it’s deposit day today.
What’s going to happen with my credits since today is the last day of deposits before the transition to Microsoft Rewards?

I haven't been given my reward points for renewing my xbox live membership and I have 1500 pending points that wont deposit into my account. Please help

 

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending. If you earned the 25,000 between the 15th and 30th, they would be scheduled to deposit around the 15th of this month.

 

I earned the points before the 30th of last month though shouldn’t they be deposited? And is there anyway to get them to go through sooner? It’s not giving me the option

 

If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So even if they were pending before the 30th, it doesn't mean they
are scheduled for that deposit.

There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

 

alright thank you for the help then! So they should be available on June 15th then?

 

If not before. I'm not sure exactly what day they have the deposit scheduled for.

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can review when your Credits were pending, as well as when you had 5000 pending, on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
