    Help, my Microsoft/xbox account has been hacked


    I went to log on last night to play Salome games and when I tried to log into my account it said I needed to submit my password. I looked at the email and it’s completely different to my original one. I back out and looked at the email under my account, which showed my email but when I tried to log in again it showed me the hackers email. Turns out they have delisted my phone number from my account and changed the email aswell as the password.

    I tried to get my account back by providing information to the self help page by inputting the email taken and providing all my details but it got rejected.

    I the. Tried to log into my Xbox account and my original email can create an account but the username I made and have played for for 8+ years is taken by the hacker.

    What can I do????!!

    Help My account has been hack!

    Call your region's customer support, if you're in the USA or Canada call 1-800-469-9269 and tell them you need to file a unauthorized access report. That will get your points back as long as the fraud didn't happen on your console. Make sure you have your
    console ID and serial number ready to give to the Xbox Live agent. Hope this helps!

    You should definitely give Xbox Support a call to recover your account. If you think it's been hacked and you can't get your password reset they can help! 1800 4 MYXBOX.
