Help! My husband has forgotten his password

The link keeps saying chat and phone call are not available. So again how do I actually get into contact with someone??

For as much as we pay for our family of four through out the year - Xbox support has been absolutely awful.

As I mentioned before, the only way to contact support is through the link mentioned above, there you must click on the button that says Contact Us and you will be redirected to a live chat where you will speak with a member of Xbox Support.

We’ve filled out the form twice and both to no avail. Also, tried the contact support but kept prompting us to post to the forum. How do I actually contact someone at Xbox support?

As a last option, you could try calling the following support numbers:

There you just have to select the Country/Region where you are currently located, write down the number and then call. Let me know if this option worked for you.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having this problem, it is very common to forget account passwords but it is a little difficult to recover it if you do not have access to the associated phone number.

Therefore, the only solution would be to present/fill out an account recovery form at the following link: https://account.live.com/acsr

In case for some reason or another you cannot fill out the form since the system detected that you do not have enough information to be evaluated as the owner of the account, I would recommend contacting Xbox/Microsoft support directly.
