Help my guest account is not popping up

(without knowing your exact game) When you add another player or controller you should just be able to add the second player - the xbox will pop up "who are you?" then you can select Guest.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Sounds like your child is either playing as a guest, or using a different account to play. These Child account limits only affect that one account, and not the entire console. I would suggest ensuring any

other accounts on the Xbox are not easily signed into, as well as setting up a guest key to restrict guest accounts :

You must be playing in the high definition mode, you can have up to 4 people. sync the controllers to the Xbox, sign them in as either a guest or another LIVE account, and they should pop up in the game.
