Help! My game isnt letting me open it!

I own a game and am trying to reinstall and it is stating I no longer own the game, the add on or anything but I know for a FACT I owned all the game and all the DLC. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and it asked me to purchase the game all over again
as if I never owned the packs or anything. What do I do? I reset my Xbox and uninstalled my account and reinstalled and it still isn't working.

On microsoft website you can see the purchase you did, if the game is there, maybe is a problem with microsoft.

But if you have any proof can confirm that, please contact https://beta.support.xbox.com/.

They will help you.

Opening your NAT will NOT help in game lag per se. It will help in joining people in parties and such, but in game play isnt effected by it.

Glad you were able to get a refund since it wasn't working. Sorry about the trouble. It's a fun quirky game.
