    Help! My Game Froze After Update.


    My Xbox One version of MINECRAFT froze when I tried to load an existing game after I installed the latest update. It's stuck on the Load Game page with the music playing. I can't get the game to restart, reset or anything. Any solutions

    help new 360 update failed w/error code

    Help, not finding anything in search. tried MS support suggestions with no help. Just bought a new xbox and have had numerous consoles so not new to xbox. selected the update after logging into profile and the console froze. I only have access to a MAC but I am sure the file downloaded from the MS site is on the USB drive now getting the same bs error code.

    Game frozen

    So my sons minecraft game started doing an update and just stopped and froze at 8%. It is completely frozen and I am not sure what to do, can anyone help?

    Hi,

    I have a very similar issue. Mine is a repair/replacement elite that has worked flawlessly for the last 3 or so years after my original elite had the 3 red flashing lights.

    After the latest update, my machine froze after I booted up a game. I turned it off and back on and it froze on the dashboard. I turned it off and on again and now I get nothing on the screen and the flashing 3 red lights. I've tried the solutions suggested
    on these forums but nothing helped. I've also spoken with tech support. Last I heard, Microsoft has not yet recognized a problem with the update so we have to pay for repairs.

    There are too many of us experiencing the 3 red lights immediately after the update for this to be coincidence. Please keep posting to let Microsoft know of the problem.
