HELP, my g920 glitches on f1 2021 while in a party...

Nope, this depends on the game and if the developers decides to add compatibility with your wheel or some wheels models.

As Forza Motorsport (8) is not released, there is no way to know if its going to support the G920 (but I think that probably yes, this is a known wheel and right now Forza games supports this model)

Checking the EA site, the g920 wheel is supported on F1 2022:

Otherwise, if the issue happens in the 2021 Formula One World Championship, kindly check your configuration settings for the said device (the sensitivity and controls). However you might need to check the firmware if it matches the firmware updates for G920 (96.3.49) which was recommended by the game. It's best to wait for the game to be completely installed as in most games, there are some add ons that needs to be installed first so you can play the game.

That might be a glitch. Yes you might want to wait for the whole download to finish!

If you're asking if the xbox one version of F1 2020 will be playable on Series X | S yes it will work, while if you're asking if there will be a specific upgrade for next gen consoles Codemaster didn't communicate anything about it...so it is possible
that f1 2021 will be the first real next gen game.
