i need help becuse like u saw in the title my forza horizon 5 just black screens after intro after the xbox studios thing. I spoke with a developer as well and they said this :Hello,

and then i clicked on the links and i tried to get in touch with a real human but idk it dose not work
and i need help comunity and developers becuase this problem is from 1 month

and i did not play this game at all so it was like that when i bought it and now it dose not work and i played the game when i had xbox game pass just fine but now it dose not work and i dont know what to do...

Hello Georges C, yes i have gone to all the things i can, even update my bios all drivers and everithing even reinstallng the game 3 times and it dose not work still and I verifyed the integrity of the game , fh5 i have intalled from steam if that helps u. and i have windows 11

Hello again, we have received some occurrences because of the last update, try to follow the procedures below, if it doesn't work try to reinstall your game.

Using System File Checker in Windows

1 - Type cmd (Command Prompt) in the search bar of the Start menu and then click Run as administrator.

2 - Enter chkdsk /f/x/r/v

The system will ask you if you want to run CHKDSK after restarting the system, press Y on your keyboard and then type "Exit" and restart the computer, it will scan in DOS mode.

I've had this one too when i couldnt start it. Needed to reinstall. For the first time it was working for me really well but then it stopped i did the reinstall and now i've had blackscreen problem.
