    Hello, Team Microsoft,

    I need your help with something my brother NathanTheSwagger45 tries to join his friends on xbox but couldn't do so even the setting to allow to join multiplayer and with his friends but it didn't work so is there anything i can do to fix this

    Sorry to hear about the issue sending messages. What specific error message are you seeing when you try to send a message on the console? Are you able to send messages on xbox.com without any issues?
