    Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

    is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

    Account is gone and cant be recovered.

    Im trying to get my account that isnt banned back, it has the same e-mail as my banned account though. and i cant recover it. i need help on changing the e-mail connected to my non-banned account

    If you believe you were "hacked", you will need to contact phone support. They will have to put in an unauthorized use ticket for you and the enforcement team will need
    to investigate. If it's found that the account wasn't in your possession then they will return the account to you.
