Help!! Missed promotion for Gta 5 $ for pre ordering red dead redemption

I preordered red dead redemption 2 ultimate edition at the beginning of august, when i place the pre order there was a promotion which meant you got $2,000,000 in gta5 to spend. This was an in game promotion inside gta 5 online on a loading screen. Xbox
were meant to send the code to redeem this promotion with 7-10 days and its been nearly 7 weeks since i pre ordered. Ive spoke with xbox and they cant see the promotion has been added to my account and ive recieved no message withing xbox with the code to
redeem this. The person on the phone suggested i post here as this should be the place to get it resolved. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

I have not received my pre order bonus code for pre odering red dead redemption 2 and does that code also entail the money for gta 5.

I pre ordered red dead redemption 2 ultimate edition and I was supposed to receive a bonus $2million for gta online for pre ordering through the Microsoft store but it has now been 10 days and I have still received nothing

 

I never received a message on my xbox or through my acvount on xbox live. The preorder was done on the 4th of august at which time rockstar were still promoting this offer on the in game loading screens and i have a screenshot of this also. Plus they are
still offering this exact offer on loading screens in game on gta 5 today
