I advise you to open the another order service for your console like this:

Click on the "Enter" option, it will take you to your registered devices page, select "more details" in your console's box, then it will take you to a page that will inform your console's warranty, below will have the option "Start Order" then, just follow the steps from there.

When you do that, you will be prompted 2 options of issue: Where's the issue is happening (device) and which category that issue fit in.

After you choose both, a blank field will appear for you to put additional information, there you will explain what's happening, and also, you could ask for a replacement there.

I keep getting it too and tech supports system was messed up when I called so they could not help
