Help me with my subscription

12 month subscriptions are not available through Xbox. There are 12 month prepaid cards for Gold sold in retailers. I'm not sure if there are 12 month cards available for Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate.

contact us via phone or chat to have them look into your account. They generally cancel the subscription and have you redeem a new code to see if that fixes these issues.

Under the Services and Subscriptions tab of your Microsoft Account ( https://account.microsoft.com/services/ ) it will show the Xbox Live Gold subscription. To the right of that you can click 'Manage' which will take you to a page with more details, such
as Method of Payment, charge history, subscription duration and renewal time. You should have the option to Cancel at the top of that. You might need to turn off Auto-Renew first directly beneath that option. If it's a pre-paid card then some of those options
will not show up or be an option, and the service will stop when the time is out, and you would not be charged. But check through those pages and options.

If that option does not appear, then at the bottom of that page are links for Microsoft Help such as:

• Stop recurring billing or cancel a subscription
• Manage recurring billing

I need help to cancel my Starz subscription. The paid subscription started May 18, 2020. Starz says that I must cancel my subscription through Microsoft but I can't fine a link that will allow me to do this. Can you help?

Just a friendly reminder though that once we have canceled a subscription there is no option on our Microsoft account’s end to undo the changes. If you just purchased the game and canceled it as well the money will be credited back to you.

Also, if you were able to get the subscription for a discounted price and you’re being asked now for the regular price, there will be no option to change that as the system now detects that you previously have the subscription.
