Only one person at a time can play remotely, even if others are set to connect remotely or locally. Microsoft Store and in-game purchases, as well as backward compatibility, are disabled during remote play with Xbox mobile apps.

Unfortunately it didn't help me access the game, all remotely installing it did was comfort me because the game wasn't appearing in my Owned games after I uninstalled it

Need help connecting PDP media remote. Tried everything from PDP’s website and my tv’s website but nothing ia working. Please help

Are you trying to use the remote to directly control the TV? It is my understanding that the remote only directly connects to the Xbox which could then be able to control the TV. Without an Xbox, can this remote be used at all?

Try to remote install it from the website by logging in on xbox.com.

I've also not been able to find info on the error code and remote installation has helped me out before.

Hope you get it sorted out as it's an excellent game. It's been my favourite FF for 20 years.
