Help me with my account

Hello,

xbox support do not work so I'm asking here. I recently lost my minecraft account from a scam / hack and the scammer added 2 new email + new password +2AF and remove my email from the account. After talking with microsoft support they jsut permanently suspend my account because they cannot change /add any security info on the account (but the technicaly can) because I accept the term of use but when I read the term after this I found nothing talking about that but I found that the scammer have violated many of the thing in this term

Now because the xbox support don't work I want to know if many xbox can help me by changing security info / adding mine so I can delete the scammer on / copy all my data / progression I got on a other account (I lost like 3000h of progression on a server call hypixel) or maybe ask hypixel if they can refund all my item / progression but they say the don't do that but maybe someone /a compagnie can have a influence on this
