We would like to ask for clarification of your concern:

• May we ask if you were having issues on specific game or app?
  
• Based on your categories you are using Xbox Series S, are you having similar issues with other platform?
  
• Also, is using left click while holding right click of the mouse configured (mapped) in the settings of game or app?
  

Try updating your console's firmware to the latest version. This may help resolve any compatibility issues between your mouse and your console. You can check for updates by going to Settings > System > Updates & downloads > Console update.

If updating your console doesn't work, you may want to try using a different mouse to see if the issue persists. If the problem only occurs with your current mouse, it may be a hardware issue with the mouse itself. Considering you only have 5 achievements in the game, i'm guessing you either haven't signed onto Live in forever, or you never got to finish it. =/ That sucks. Was the game installed onto your HDD? Did the method that Krayus mentioned work for you?
I hope so.

Probably the Game Save. Put it on USB and then remove the USB to see if it's the game save. OR try a different profile.
