Help me with a refund

If we may ask, how did you put a request for refund? Is it through the online request webform? Have you check the status of your refund request?

Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

You can't. Games that have been played and purchased after 14 days cannot be refunded. Whenever you switch back to Xbox, the games will be on your account.

You can't get your money back unless you bought those games recently and haven't played them much. It was your choice to make the move from Xbox to PC fully knowing your games would not work (only Play Anywhere games don't need a separate purchase) so not sure why Microsoft should be held responsible for your choices?

Sorry if that sounded harsh, it wasn't meant to be. Ultimately, Microsoft didn't force you to switch from Xbox to PC so they shouldn't have to pay for it.

You do know that switching platforms comes at a cost right ?

You can't switch from xbox to ps 5 and expect all your games to transfer

That's not how platform switching works

That's always a consideration how much it's going to cost you to rebuild your library
