    Good day ,

    I am writing to seek your assistance in resolving an issue I have encountered while attempting to access my account.



    Upon attempting to log in, I was prompted to verify my account in order to enhance its security. Although I have received the security codes via email, I have encountered an error message every time I have entered them. The error message reads: "Please request a new security code and try again. All previous codes have been invalidated." As a result, when attempting to reset my password, I received the message "You've requested too many codes today. Please try again tomorrow."



    I kindly request your prompt intervention to reset my email and restore access to my account as soon as possible. I would appreciate it if you could share with me the necessary steps to undertake in private as my email is not the same as this one.

    Due to security reasons we’re not able to do it. I’m sorry to say that you need to try it after 48hours since you already got a prompt about the codes for today. So try it after the mentioned time (48hrs) and see it’ll be done.
