Sometimes, recent activations/renewals of your Gold subscription may not be immediately recognized by your Xbox console.

Give your console a power cycle and see if it helps.

i can be alot of reasons why, but majority the problem can be fixed by contacting xbox support

THE PROBLEME IS IN SYSTME CACHE I DELETE IT AND THE PROBLME WAS SOLVED AND I CAN CONNECT WHITH MY PROFILE NORMALY ...but the nat probleme is not solved yet ;'(

Try clearing the console cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again.

When you buy a game, like Call of Duty for example. You're trying to pull that game down from Activisions servers, not from Xbox. Xbox is going to manage and maintain the license for your content.

If you're having an issue pulling down content try a few of these steps.

Hard reset the Xbox by holding down the power button on the front of the Xbox for 15 seconds. After the 15 seconds let go of the power button then restart the Xbox.

Power cycle your network by unplugging the power to the modem & router for about 60 seconds.

- If that fails then, go to Settings > Network > Network Settings > Forget Wireless Network

- Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > let the Xbox Restart

- Try and reconnect to your wireless network again

- Game Server Connection issues -

Go to Advanced settings > DNS Settings > Manual - Set the Primary DNS as 8.8.8.8 and the Secondary as 8.8.4.4

Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > let the Xbox Restart

See what you're connection info is on the Xbox One

Go to Settings > Network > Network Settings > Detailed Network Statistics

It will show you Download / Upload / Packet Loss / MTU / Latency

Download (the higher the better)

Upload (the higher the better)

Packet Loss (should be 0%)

Latency (Lower the better, no more than 150ms)

Wireless strength should be 80% for good performance
